Arriving in Shanghai after Osaka was such a big change, while Japan’s cities are large nothing trumps Shanghai with its 24 million people population. Shanghai’s was absolutely breath taking, the Bund is the best place to see the sky line during the evening. It is also home to 52 historic buildings all built between the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. Shanghai also is known as a city that never sleeps with its numerous bars and modern restaurants. One of the memorable bars I visited was hidden behind a soft drink vending machine, simply brilliant. The shopping in Shanghai is also unbelievable whatever you are searching for you will find.
